CONSIDERING AN AUCTION...

The procedure for selling with our auction service is simple.

  1. Contact our office for a initial phone consultation to discuss your individual needs and our service options.  Our business hours are from 10AM. to 5PM. (CST.)  Tuesday through Friday.

  2. Arrange a meeting with Mike Murphy for a walk through over-view of your sale items.

  3. Our auctioneer will then sit down with you and go over your available options.  Future available calendar dates, auction fees, commissions, set-up equipment, pre-auction and auction day assistance will also be discussed.

  4. You will receive an initial verbal proposal covering expenses which is tailored to meet your individual needs and budget.  This will be followed by a written auction service agreement.


  5. Upon settlement of your auction, you will receive a full accounting of your sale, including prices paid for items / lots with descriptions, auction related expenses and a check from our firm to you.
