A Wisconsin based service… Serving the Greater Delavan-Delavan Lake, Elkhorn, Fontana, Lake Geneva, Williams Bay, Whitewater and Lauderdale Lakes area’s in around Walworth County. Mike does excellent work with advertising and is known for graciously selling the contents of a home.

How far in advance should I plan to book a sale? The further lead time the better. Normally at least 3-4 weeks in advance is best, however due to prior booking’s the dates may already be taken.

What do you charge for services? Typically, between 10% on late model automobiles to 35% on Tupperware & general household. Each sale is unique and fee’s vary with the individual needs and requirements.

Murphy’s A Plus Sales team can handle it all… from sorting, arranging and pricing to the sales of your merchandise.

Generally speaking, through an Estate Sale between 80% & 90% of the sale items sell. Any remaining items are the responsibility of the client. In some cases, Mike can Auction the remains. In some cases we can arrange to have items picked up by a local charity for tax deduction or a removal service can be contacted. One charge that a client may incur is a dumpster fee when required in preparation of the sale or when the client chooses to have one for any remaining items after the sale.

Tip #1: Don’t start throwing it out or giving it away before we have had a chance to see it and advise you. We have sold empty card board boxes for $50.00 when they are the right ones.
